FRUIT AND SPICE HERB TEA
2 Cups dried Lemon Verbena leaves
1 Cup dried Chamomile
1 Cup dried Orange Mint
1 Cup dried orange peel
3 Tablespoons whole cloves, crushed
1 6 inch Cinnamon stick
Blend all the ingredients together and store in a tight tin. When ready to make the tea, shake the tin well, then spoon 1 teaspoon per each cup of water into a tea pot. Pour boiling water over tea and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
You can add mint to garnish or freeze into ice cubes for a pretty presentation.
Note: To dry orange peel. Scrape the inside (white part) from the orange peel. Cut in strips and put on a rack to dry until brittle.
